Refund and Exhange Policy
All purchased items from XBUE Perfumes can be returned within 7 days of the product delivery. The items returned can be replaced or refunded, depending on the issue, product and the condition of the returned product.
However, the return will be processed and accepted only if the conditions are satisfactory.
Condition of Return:
If the product was not what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect.
The item is to be returned in the same condition as when it was received with original brands packaging.
Refund Process
For Online Prepaid Orders:
Cancellation before shipping: a 2.5% charge of the total order value will be deducted.
Return after shipping: AED 26.25will be deducted as courier charges.
Refund Timeline: IT takes 7-10 days for the refund to be processed to your credit card.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:Cancellation before Shipping: No charges if cancelled upfront.
Return after Shipping: AED 26.25 will be deducted for courier charges.
